Somatic breathwork is a practice. It's powerful transformative and supportive effects are felt more and more deeply when practiced consistently over time. With this subscription, you will have the opportunity to join a community and affordably develop a practice that supports your well-being and growth goals. Not sure if you can make every session each month? Not to worry, you will receive a recording of each monthly session so that you can practice when it works for your schedule.
